World Vegan Day on Sunday was a huge success. I went along on Saturday to help out with the set-up and stuff all the showbags, and can I say, I am in awa of the amount of work that goes into organising something like this. The WVD Melbourne committee deserves a pat on the back, and a month long holiday!
On Sunday, 400 tiny Abbika soap samples went out in the showbags, along with half a dozen soaps in the hampers. The website is starting to see the results which is very exciting!
To coincide with the official opening of the website, I’m offering half price postage within Australia, no matter what the size of your order- that’s $5 flat-rate postage! Stock up now for Christmas, because in general, the older the better when it comes to soap.
What’s in my shower this week?
This week I am enjoying the 1964 bar. What can I say? I’m a hippie at heart. 1964 contains hempseed oil and Patchouli essential oil. It has a thick, creamy lather, and the scent of the Patchouli really fills up the shower and makes me feel good. It’s a great start to the day.
Have a great week, and I’ll be back soon!

Two, I wanted to use soaps and skincare that I knew were gentle, ethical, and enjoyable to use. I was delighted to find that not only did *I* love what I was making, but so did my family and friends. Fast forward to today, and I am still loving what I make, and now I want to share it. So, I created Abbika.
